He has cross-functional expertise in Business Development, Project Management and Service Delivery and has worked with clients in India and abroad on various path-breaking projects.
As the founder of InteliTix, Satish helps clients in setting the talent intelligence agenda based on business priorities and identified pain points and in putting in place a customised, actionable analytics practice. His key responsibilities in InteliTix consist of Talent Advisory, Project Management, Translation of business imperatives into talent analytics frameworks and establishing a model of excellence.
A reputed Organizational Psychologist and Human Resource Consultant, Dr. Kilian is an authority in the use of talent assessments. He started his professional career as a Human Resources Trainee at ABN-AMRO Bank in the Netherlands and has held several Human Resources positions in Netherlands, Monaco, Belgium and India. His last assignment in HR was as the Vice-President Human Resources for West- and Southern- Europe.
His path-breaking research on the ‘Impact of bonuses on bankers’ is considered among the best research work in the area in the world.
Currently Dr. Kilian is a professor of Human Resource Management and works as a Consultant. Known for his Public speaking, he delivers lectures globally on topics related to HR, Compensation and Benefits, Assessments and Organizational Psychology.
He mentors the team at InteliTix on the global practices in Organizational Psychology and Analytics and helps in setting the strategic direction for the company.
A passionate HR professional, KJA Swarup brings with him a unique blend of people management experience and expertise in business-focused HR practices. With Post Graduate qualifications in HR and Law, he started his career as a Management Trainee in HAL where he rose to be the Head of HR. He joined ITC in 1995 and for the last two decades has been spearheading various HR activities for the group.
He is currently the General Manager HR of ITC Limited PSPD division and handles Recruitment and Training & Development. A popular speaker in the HR circles, he has served two terms as Secretary National HRD Network, Hyderabad and is currently a member of the Andhra Pradesh CII HR Committee. He loves interacting with students and takes a keen interest in mentoring youngsters to become better people managers.
In his role as advisor, he brings a wide array of knowledge in the HR function and helps in building the company’s product portfolio.
An authority in Statistics, Dr. R. Chandrasekaran brings with him close to 40 years of experience in Applied Statistics, Biostatistics, Market Research, Applied Multivariate Analysis, Computer Graphics, Theoretical Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Neural Networks.
Dr. Chandrasekaran has been using Statistical Tools and Packages in many research areas of applications. He has specialized in the areas of designing Surveys and Market Research over past three decades. He has been a Consultant / Subject Matter Expert for various educational institutions and Corporate organizations including New Concept Information Systems Pvt. Ltd., CSO Partners, Lason India Pvt. Ltd., World Bank and AssessPeople.
He retired recently as the Head of Department of Statistics, Madras Christian College where he taught Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Programming and Operations Research.
Over the last 40 years, he has published over 35 papers in leading national and international journals and has presented papers in more than 40 international seminars on various topics surrounding Statistics.
He advises the team at InteliTix on the use of advanced statistical techniques for talent analytics and measurement.
